Denis Jignea

Denis Jignea is a founding member and Vice President of COAB Bucharest, a business attorney with over 8 years of experience, entrepreneur and investor.

In his professional work, Denis is a business attorney at CEE Attorneys – Boanță, Gîdei și Asociații, with a practice focused primarily on Real Estate & Construction, Corporate and M&A. He is involved in complex investment and development transactions and projects, advising investors, developers and local and international companies on acquisitions and disposals of assets and shareholdings, real estate developments, construction projects, financings and the structuring of complex commercial transactions.

Alongside his legal practice, Denis is an entrepreneur in HoReCa, involved in developing and operating franchise concepts and own brands. His entrepreneurial experience completes his legal perspective with a direct understanding of how businesses are built, financed and developed.

As an investor, he is active in startups, fintech and capital markets, with an interest in scalable business models.

Originally from the Republic of Moldova and professionally established in Romania, Denis is one of the founders of COAB Bucharest and actively contributes to building a community that connects entrepreneurs, investors and professionals from Romania and the Republic of Moldova. He believes in building authentic business relationships and turning them into partnerships, investments and projects with long-term impact.
